I watched this video and immediately realized that I have all the ingredients ready to make the avocado and white bean dip, so I did! I added two sliced scallions and replaced the vinegar with lime juice, and it turned out perfect!
A part of this article taken from:
I'm going to give you two
delicious guacamole alternative also made with avocados the first one is a
chunky dip and the other one is a Swift that's some feta cheese in it this is a
quarter pound of feta just needs to be crumbled salty feta is a excellent balance
in this dip which is actually full of vegetable that has red peppers and
avocado in it so it's super healthy does it get your fingers dirty kind of dish
people once that's crumble
White Walker hand and then take
two avocados these are going to be chunky want to take the avocado cut it in
half you say just do it I guess I would call this lengthwise twist to separate
the two halves take the heel of your knife hit it into the pit and twist it to
remove and it comes right out take your avocado hold it in your hand and
carefully don't go through the pillar going to cut your hair and cut avocado
into the sized dice that you want right inside the peel the so delish I I'm
super psyched about the Super Bowl coming just so I can eat lots of avocados
then take a big spoon
and you can just scoop the
avocado right out and it's already diced what do you think about that is that
how you cut avocados let me know if you have a better way it's a good trick
after you've got your avocado then you can dice up your red bell pepper you
need one red bell pepper I'm not sure I've told you this before but I'm not a
huge fan of red bell pepper but people really liked it and it adds a crunch I
was trying to think this is like a guacamole is at the salsa hits its own thing
already Peppers go in to the ball also then you need a quarter cup of chopped
Dill Greek flavor profile right Dill lemon flavoring avocado with replay review
I don't think they really have
avocados and Greece this is an Abomination quarter cup of chopped dill and then
one scallion just a white and light-green parts but you know me I don't like to
throw away the green part so I'm going to put them in anyway what you going to
do with that seriously throw it away people don't like too much on you play or
you can leave this out all together and then alignment and season it and this
one is done I mean dips are super easy right why buy a dip when you can make
one so much better you need two tablespoons of lemon juice use your handy-dandy
squeezer
that I know you have now because
they're so useful so pepper dancer it up make it pretty that people don't you
want to eat it right now people are not to be able to resist this put this in a
sandwich in a pita amazing I'm tasting it right now not even waiting really
good really good you're going to love this one I'm going to show you another
one you're going to love this one it's made with white beans and it uses for
avocado cuz it's. It's a smoother I need four cloves of garlic for the Sulu the
dip these can be smashed been peeled because they're going to be pureed in the
food processor with the avocado so you don't need to do that fancy peeling
method utilize for sliced garlic and see these little guys have Sprouts in the
center cuz it's winter and that's what happens to garlic during the winter it
starts growing so remove those this is a big smooth dip and so were using twice
the avocados that we used in the other dip so can I get a lot of the crowd
that's when you can just cut in half this when you don't have to die because
it's getting.
So just remove the pits and knock
it off into a garbage Bowl you love are avocado I just like to process my
garlic before I process anything else but that in and just process it for a
sect that way it starts to break down and I know that it gets broken down
instead of having a big time to borrow the script on the sides of the ball then
at all the avocado wow peeps but you're excited flat leaf parsley doesn't
really need to be chopped but it makes it easier to measure of its just stopped
at the time back up in my opinion you can almost never have too much parsley
two cans of drained and rinsed white beans and add lots of smoothness involve
to this well everything is smooth avocado and beans and then the recipe says
1/4 cup of white wine vinegar but I'm going to add three tablespoons and see
where we got cuz I'm a little sensitive inner I don't like it as much as
everybody does half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes and then season of the salt
but don't go too
crazy can always add more but you
can't take it out and then six tablespoons of water so it looks like guacamole
but it has a completely different flavor has plenty of this depth for one ball
and then a whole nother ball you're going to run out with some chips this Super
Bowl weekend whip up one or two of these dips I got out of your guacamole run I
mean not that it's such a bad right to try something new tell me if you like it
