Never going to make it a quick and healthy breakfast frittata is super simple breakfast dishes become a staple commune with past few months takes no time for pear and it stores well in the fridge let's get started first we turn the broiler on and Robin and with the rock and the second highest position they were going to use in curry powder spinach onion turkey kielbasa corn whole eggs and egg whites will start my record chopping are kielbasa I'm using about a quarter of the entire sauce and cheer animal

finally guys are onion that will crack 4 whole eggs and give him a good beating that's it let's get cooking two important things here you want to use a high quality non-stick pan and be sure to get it to medium high heat before we start cooking will start by adding little olive oil then why are onions and her sausage Dunkin Donuts in curry powder and saltier is purely

optional just salt and maybe some pepper also great options no just give this a quick mix for Guitar Center corn look at this for good to in 3 minutes before we had our spinach I'm going to cover this for a minute just to wilted spinach I could deal now letter X start with her whole eggs to liquid egg whites now what we need to do is give us a good initial start just to spread the ingredients around as evenly as possible

so you didn't let it cook for about 20 seconds and scrape around the edges but a cook for another 20 seconds Greg Brown the edges you get the idea for about 2 minutes until it looks like it's about 75% cooked you can still see some runny eggs on top you know you're done when the top starts to Brown up a little all right eye looks good so we're just going to slide this out of the pen try not to break it I'm going to let it rest for about 5 minutes and that's it I'm going to Portia mine out for quarters and throw them in the fridge to have for breakfast

for the next 4 days remember if you're putting these in the fridge make sure to keep the lid off until they're completely cooled and there you have it quick and easy breakfast frittata high in protein low in fat and greens and some Fiber perfect way to start your day for the full don't forget to subscribe to our channel for more videos coming soon Adam Sandler Batali on this episode of learn the kitchen I'm going to show you how to make my zucchini frittata it is very simple and quick to me I contemplated showing this recipe because it is so simple

I did a frittata and another episode a while back but I figured you know what this is what I go to over and over again and I'm sure that it's something that you could probably you know relate to as far as using this recipe for any kind of leftover veggies you have on hand if you're anything like me Sunday mornings clean out my fridge before I go to the supermarket and whatever I have left over is Sunday brunch at every single week so today we're making it look any further because I had one zucchini laughed and I had to put it to good use so let's go over the ingredients to get started is any one large zucchini that I have just cut into about 1 in Skype you're going to need some eggs from fresh Parmesan reggiano a little bit of milk garlic some parsley salt pepper and olive oil there's at your ingredients and like I said this is a recipe I go to time and time again with what I mean you know today just happen to be one lonely zucchini that wasn't enough to really make anything with besides frittata or Tulsa

Vitaly on this episode of learn the kitchen I'm going to show you how to make my zucchini play sad that it is very simple and quick to make I contemplated showing this recipe because it is so simple I did a frittata and another episode a while back but I figured you know what this is what I go to over and over again and I'm sure that it's something that you could probably you know relate to as far as using this recipe for any kind of leftover veggies you have on hand if you're anything like me

Sunday mornings clean out my fridge before I go to the supermarket and whatever I have left over it's Sunday brunch it's retarded that every single week so today we're making sure because I had one zucchini last and I had to put it to good use so let's go over the ingredients to get started you going to be one large zucchini that I have just cut into about one insight you're going to need some eggs from fresh Parmesan reggiano a little bit of milk garlic some parsley salt pepper and olive oil

there's a your ingredients and like I said this is a recipe I go to time and time again with what I have left over today just happen to be one lonely zucchini that wasn't enough to really make anything with besides. That were tossed it was pasta or something like that and like I said I got to go food shopping today so I got to use everything that we do not want to waste a thing okay first thing you can do is get about a 9 inch saute pan with Skillet mine's not stick and how about a tablespoon of olive oil preheating the word medium-high heat the one that he's up I'm just going to break my eggs right into the school so we can start on getting everything ready right in here

Max Adonis and set them aside for just a minute because my oil is freaking is enough I'm going to add in my zucchini and I'm just going to sautee this form in about 5 to 6 minutes and I'm going to just keep stirring until the cikini develops to some nice golden brown color and why that happens when I finish the rest around here so I have the eggs to put in a little bit of milk but a half a cup and now I'm just going to agree in a good amount of freshly grated Parmesan reggiano obviously we're getting a fresh those freshly grated just want to put in as much or as little as you want it's going to ruin my salty taste of giving myself to you

by fabulous what do you want make sure you use the good stuff the stuff that comes in a big block and it's got the writing on the Rind that's when you know you got to stop right there so you can just put it as much as long as you want that's enough for me as well put it a little bit too much salt in the act because we'll also have the car and I'm going to season zucchini with some salt and pepper just a minute so do you want to go too crazy with a sock nice fresh grip black pepper and just what's this together cuz everything is nicely combined mycenae is looking perfect guy beautiful golden brown color now I'm going to season it with some salt and pepper and the reason why I didn't see them right off the bat because I wanted a zucchini to develop a little bit of color before I get out of all this moisture which would not make it brown as much as quickly so that's why I look at them colors than season was going to put in some fresh chopped garlic have a lot and again I didn't put this in the beginning Because by the time the zucchini got this color the garlic would have burned so you don't eat foreign car like because it tastes really better and it's not pleasant but the fact about a minute out the garlic to cook that looks fabulous now I'm going to just pour my egg mixture right over the top uniphyl with my handy-dandy little wooden spoon here and itself so that when the first layer said I push it in so I'm not a liar can set so that way it kind of Wow's the eggs to cook a bit more evenly you want to do this for about a minute or so or simply have the bottom be pretty nice obsessed and also in the meantime you want to preheat your boiler \

I have mine created all too high cuz sometimes we depending on your other and you can bring it at the high or low I pretty much the high and I'm just going to let this cook for a would say about 5 to 6 minutes or until the bottom as set really nicely and I'll show you next step my feet. Has looking amazing I don't know if you can see but the bottom has developed a lovely golden color it's nice and set the really all I'm looking for is for the very top to say that's it but before we put that into the broiler on the Dubrow adjust a Hunter Sprinkler Liberty parsley not a whole lot cuz I want to finish I want to finish it off with him or parsley when it comes out the great some Tommy John all over the top for that lovey cheesy bites soon as you put into a you got that cheese the lice delicious and then I decided to go with delicious

so I came out and is like the fallacious word of the day okay now I'm going to pop this on the boiler and if your oven doesn't have a broiler you can just put this into the oven at the high temperature at 450° Fahrenheit all my baking is done in Fahrenheit and just come into the top is set and golden sunset for just a few minutes until it's done look at that huh that is just amazing I don't even need to specify comes right out it was just a little boy life for literally 2 minutes that's all I needed because you don't want to overcook eggs because exit their protein so like any protein if you overcook it then like terrible to eat

so you want to cook him just until they're not jiggly anymore but that's perfect I love that. Just cut into it so you can see what it looks like it should be nice and fluffy the cat that just said see that that is perfect no I know this is probably really bad cuz it's the steam is ridiculous but I have to go pick a fight into this right away nothing a few minutes to make it so that my mouth doesn't burn but I'll get there that is perfection it's simple as quick it's easy it's inexpensive what's less expensive than eggs Liberties and it would have left over I can be as I can be yellow squash I can even be eggplant that can be mushrooms give me anything you have on him so you can do a frittata with anything left over I'm going back from War I have enjoyed
